Foundations of Real Estate Law (Week 1–2)Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA)Transfer of Property ActIndian Contract Act – Real estate applicabilityTypes of property ownership and transfersTitle verification and due diligence essentialsZoning, land use, building permissions. Get a solid foundation in the legal definitions and concepts that underpin every transaction, from Freehold vs. Leasehold to the Transfer of Property Act.

Navigate MAHARERA with confidence. Learn about registration, your legal responsibilities, and the difference between RERA and traditional agreements.
