YOUR ROLE : you’ll play a key role in driving enrollments for our Property Consultant Courses and generating leads for Buy Property Smartly services. 

Your responsibilities will include:

- Promoting Courses: Market our accredited Property Consultant Courses through digital campaigns, events, and networking to attract aspiring real estate professionals.

- Driving Service Leads: Generate interest in Buy Property Smartly services by targeting homebuyers and investors in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.

- Digital Marketing: Create and manage social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Google Ads, and email campaigns to boost visibility.

- Local Outreach: Engage with real estate communities, Property owners, Property Buyers, attend local events, and build partnerships to promote our services and offerings.

- Lead Generation: Identify and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, or in-person interactions to convert prospects into clients or course participants.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking enthusiastic candidates with the following qualities:

- Skills: Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, Google Ads, email campaigns) or willingness to learn.

- Experience: 0–3 years in marketing, sales, or real estate (freshers with a passion for marketing are welcome!).

- Location: Based in or willing to work in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai.

- Qualities: Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships.

- Education: Graduate in any field and Real Estate Consultancy Courses (marketing, business, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).

- Bonus: Familiarity with real estate or online education marketing is a plus.

Compensation Details

- Full-Time:

 - Fixed salary: ₹25,000+ per month (based on experience).

 - Performance bonuses for exceeding enrollment or lead targets and executing consultancy assignments.

- Part-Time/Freelance:

 - Referral payments per successful sale:

   - ₹ 2,000 per course enrollment.

   - ₹2,000–₹10,000 per Buy Property Smartly service lead converted (based on deal size).

 - No fixed hours—work at your own pace!

- Incentives: Top performers receive additional rewards, such as gift vouchers or recognition.
